Citizen's unique identifier

Digital transformation is a growing trend worldwide. IT SERV offers services to go digital, providing faster and more efficient services to citizens. The Unique Citizen Identifier (UCI) is one of the digital platforms offered by IT SERV. This identifier is assigned to every citizen at birth or upon obtaining nationality. It is an inter-sector interoperability key that allows the exchange of citizen data between administrative structures from different sectors in a reliable way and in compliance with the requirements of personal data protection.
